Privacy notice

This notice describes how this website handles personal data. The clinic should review it with a legal adviser to confirm it meets the requirements that apply to it, including Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019.

What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, email, phone number, preferred dates, contact preference and any note you add.
• Accounts: your name, email, optional phone number, a securely hashed password and your communication choices.
• Assessment answers: only if you choose to save them to your account. Otherwise they stay in your browser for 30 minutes and are not sent to our database.
• Contact messages: the details you include in the form.
• Security records: sign-in activity and IP addresses, used to protect accounts and investigate misuse.

Why we use it

To arrange and manage your appointments, reply to your enquiries, run your account, keep the service secure, and — only if you opt in — send news and offers.

Communication choices

Appointment messages are sent by email, and by SMS if you choose. Marketing is sent only with your opt-in, which you can withdraw at any time from your account or with the unsubscribe link.

Who can see it

Only authorised clinic staff whose role requires it. Access to personal data is restricted by role, and important actions are recorded in an audit log. We use service providers to deliver email and SMS; they process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can delete your account at any time; we then remove your personal details and keep only anonymised records of past appointments.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and you can download a copy of your account data from Your account → Profile. To make a request, contact us using the details on the contact page.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: to keep you signed in, to protect forms against forgery, to remember assessment answers for 30 minutes, and to show one-off confirmation messages. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
