What happens at a consultation?
We talk through your concerns, look closely at your hair and scalp, and explain which options might be worth discussing. You’ll have time to ask questions, and there’s no obligation to go ahead with anything.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to book a consultation. If we think you should see your doctor first — for example to look into the cause of sudden changes — we’ll tell you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family member for support.
How do I change or cancel my appointment?
If you have an account, you can cancel from Your account. Otherwise, reply to your confirmation message or contact us and we’ll help you rearrange.
