Your account and privacy
Do I need an account to book?
No. You can request a consultation as a guest. An account simply lets you see your appointment requests in one place and manage your preferences.
What happens to my assessment answers?
Your answers are kept only in your browser for 30 minutes unless you choose to save them to your account. Saved answers can be deleted at any time.
How do I stop marketing messages?
Change your choices in Your account → Communication, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Messages about your appointments are not affected.
